The Non Perfect Parents Club is a parenting support network where there is no judgement allowed.
It is a safe space for parents where you can talk honestly, connect with other parents and be seen and heard.
TNPPC challenges every day narratives and offers different perspectives on parenting strategies and values.
We specialise in Mum to Mum / parent to parent support.
Expect realism, lots of honesty, pep talks and some deep dives into what parenting is really about...!
Parents of children of any age are welcome- because parenting doesn't just stop once your child reaches a certain age.

Parenting feels hard because it is really hard
and it's okay to say that. It doesn't mean you love your children any less.
Hi, I'm Emma, the creator of The Non Perfect Parents Club.
I'm a Mam of 2, ages 8 and 13 and we live in North West England. I'm also an Auntie, Godmama and ex nursery nurse. I started TNPPC when my eldest daughter was small. I was the first one of my then friends to become a parent and I had very little support. It was in the time of internet forums when 'mummy wars' were rife; hence my rule of no judgement. When my friends and people I knew started to have children, I found I had a skill in supporting them and bringing people together or helping parents to find what they needed, reinforced by my knowledge from being a nursery nurse. As my girls have grown and so have I as a person and as a parent, the club has evolved. It's always been about and always will be about supporting parents; in whatever way is needed. So the club will shift and change to follow the flow of this. I LOVE talking about parenting but also think it's really important to allow ourselves to remember who we are as individuals too. A lot of the time we all need to cut ourselves some slack and remember ... there's no such thing as a perfect parent. |
